Steve Hinton
Steve has been married to his bride, Debi, for over 30 years and they have four young adult children. Together Steve and Debi have served as missionaries in Russia, the local church in Indiana, and church planted in California before coming to Houston in 2010. The passion of ministry for Steve is getting people connected to a personal walk with Jesus and the Kingdom of God. Steve loves being out in God’s creation and spending time with Debi and his family. Steve has a BBL and BTH from Ozark Christian College and MA in Practical Ministries from Cincinnati Christian Seminary.

Associate Minister
Eddie Bowman
Eddie is originally from Daytona Beach, Florida. He is married to his beautiful wife, Kayla, and they have two young children. After graduating from Johnson University Florida, they moved to work at Mountain Mission School in Grundy, VA for 4 years. Eddie values community and has a desire in apologetics and hopes to help others in the community discover the truth in which we teach and live. He loves NASCAR, board games, reading, traveling, hanging out with people, and playing drums. He is devoted to serving God and others so God's Kingdom may come on earth as it is in heaven.
Children's director
Andrea Lamar
Andrea and her family have been attending C4 for almost 4 years. They started attending because of The VBS Program. She is married to Joe Lamar, who is our security team. They have 3 children. She has been a certified teacher for 25 years in Texas. Of those years she taught for 10 years in public school and 7 years in a private christian school. She was also director of 2 preschool gymnastics programs in the Cypress/Katy area for 7 years total. Her favorite thing about teaching is the "aha" moment, when a student has a realization about what they are learning. She has a strong belief and love for God.

Worship Director
Michael Scionti
Michael is originally from Long Island, NY and moved to Texas in 2015. He is married to his wonderful wife, Sandra, and they have two daughters and one son. Michael has been involved in ministry since he was 14. He once owned a Martial Arts school and had been teaching traditional and mixed martial arts since 2003. He is a 3rd degree black belt in traditional Tae Kwon Do and is a certified instructor in Gracie Jiu Jitsu. Michael sings and plays piano at the church and has a passion to bring out God’s created talents in others. “No one should seek their own good, but the good of others.” 1 Corinthians 10:24
